Melayne A. Cromwell and her Daughter Lauren’s (M & L), southern roots run deep. Melayne’s Mom, Paulette was born and raised in a small town called Vacherie, Louisiana just a stone’s throw away from creole country. Melayne spent many days and summers down south with her 14 first cousins, 19 second cousins, 5 Aunts and 5 Uncles.
Down home Southern and Cajun cuisine a delicacy Melayne felt a passion to share with others.
